Our founding team knew there was a way forward to achieve a more effective, personal, and impactful model. They took a chance, building a platform and launching with their first commercial client in an oncology indication within large pharma.
Early results were clear–this solution drove ROI. The team expanded within commercial portfolios and to new clients, and then a new opportunity appeared.
Pharma has long battled challenges in clinical recruitment, and new models to promote trials to HCPs and patients became increasingly vital in a digital-first world. This led to the first application of the PFIQ platform outside commercial pharma, and use cases within Clinical and Medical teams rapidly proliferated.
In another nod to the team’s unique ability to defy conventional norms, PharmaForceIQ launched with enterprise pharma clients then grew into midsized and small pharma.
No matter the scale of the company, commercial and pre-commercial teams all have something in common: needing to find smarter, faster ways forward that go beyond outdated approaches and deliver meaningful impact.
As we grew, we expanded into more therapeutic areas, including rare diseases, endocrinology, dermatology, and beyond. And white-glove service has continued to be a central focus for every campaign, as our work isn’t meaningful unless it creates real value for our clients.

PharmaForceIQ has continued to work with additional brands and clients every year. So we could continue to serve existing clients and expand our work, we received a growth investment from Eir Partners in 2024.
This capital is being invested in product development and new features. We’re also growing our team and continuing to expand data assets that are enhancing our offerings to engage both HCP and DTC audiences.
As technology and AI open new doors, we’re partnering with clients to cement optichannel strategy as the next evolution of customer engagement. We recently acquired the industry’s premier field orchestration platform, Aktana, to further this mission.
